Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with stars.com.jo or purchasing stars.com.jo products.

You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with stars.com.jo or to purchase stars.com.jo products.

Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.

These terms and conditions, or any part of them, maybe terminated by stars.com.jo without notice at any time, for any reason. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.

Purchases
All purchases placed through the Site are subject to stars.com.jo acceptance, which is in its sole discretion. Without limitation, this means that stars.com.jo may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party.

Without limiting the foregoing, stars.com.jo reserves the right to refuse to accept or cancel any orders which are to be shipped to any freight forwarding or similar service, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged for a purchase that is subsequently cancelled, stars.com.jo shall issue a credit to your credit card account.

Pricing
Stars.com.jo makes every attempt to properly price all items, but errors occasionally occur. These pricing errors may result in a lower or higher stated price on the Site. Stars.com.jo reserves the right to cancel orders which include a pricing or discount error.

Warranty
- All goods sold by Our Company are warranted to Buyer to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and manufactured in accordance with industry standards. Therefore going warranty is non-assignable and in lieu of and excludes all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether express or implied by operation of law or otherwise including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness.

No agent, employee, or representative of Our Company has any authority to bind Our Company to any representation, affirmation, or warranty concerning the goods and any such representation, affirmation, or warranty shall not be deemed to have become a part of the basis of this agreement and shall be unenforceable.

Any claimed defect in material or work man ship shall be deemed waived by Buyer unless submitted to Our Company in writing within five (3) days from the date the goods are received by Buyer. Our Company shall not be liable under the foregoing warranty if any loss or damage is caused by improper application or use of the goods. Our Company disclaims all liability with respect to the design of the goods and makes no warranty with respect to such design.

This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness.
